In compliance with federal law, the ³¬¼¶µõÖÓÄÌ is required to annually send public notice to parents and guardians regarding directory information.
Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), parents or eligible students (at least 18 years of age or who are attending an institution of post-secondary education) must be notified of the district’s definition of directory information, the parent or eligible student's right to opt-out of the release of student directory information, and the time period to opt-out in writing. This notice is for families of students in grades K-12.
If parents or eligible students decide to opt out, please return the form to your child’s building. If you are unable to download or print either form, please contact your child’s school for paper copies.
